Reformer Class is a full body workout.  The class will focus on strengthening, muscle balance, coordination and lengthening. All abilities are welcome.

If you have never done a reformer class before it is required to do a privates sessions first.

Things to know

  • All packages expire in 3 months
  • All packages are non refundable or transferable
  • You must have prior experience with the tower or reformer before entering a class.  If not a private session is required prior to attending a class.
  • ​Please wear yoga style clothes and sticky sox are encouraged
  • 24 hour cancellation is required for all classes.
